In the opening episode of this brand new series, James and Sandro enter the old house they have bought a few years ago. The tenants have moved out and the property needs repairing before being placed back on the rental market. As James and Sandro walk through the property vacant for the first time they decide renovating the place for themselves and make it their home. What will it take to turn this 'ugly duckling' into a beautiful home? Floor-plan changes, facade update, a new roof, kitchen, bathrooms... James is excited, but the budget has its limits.
