When considering the best tile pattern and style for your home, its easy to go for the modern look of large square format 600x600mm or even the new larger 600X1200mm tiles. They look stunning and work well in modern homes. However there are a multitude of colours, patterns and tile styles to consider as well, which may just add that edge or character to your home.
Mosaic designs have been around since the Egyptians, and the Greeks, Italians and Spanish perfected this style, creating the stunning palaces, grand homes and public spaces we all love to travel to see.
You can replicate this look in your own home, as well as adding some subtle detail and character to individualise your home at the same time.

Offset these colours with a neutral background, and it will not overwhelm the space but rather ground your living or entertaining areas, often achieving striking results.
