As the windows for the kitchen are added the very last slither of red bricks is finally covered up...

As the 'great wall of Umina' is filled with concrete and almost complete it's time to start with the landscaping in both courtyard and front yard of the house, the feature breeze-blocks wall is also built and the approval arrives for the long awaited approval of the one small extension to the floor-plan. Hurray. The building of the entry foyer finally starts and James gets onsite to admire once again the latest dramatic improvement to that old home ...
