I took this photo inside the brand new Van Gough Museum in Amsterdam, which opened only 4 days before we arrived last May! HOW LUCKY!!
I liked this scheme so much because it can translate so easily for any of my clients into their kitchen!! The dark panelling behind contrasts beautifully with the lighter washed veneer in the foreground, the hanging shelf centre, would work a treat over a kitchen Island, and the whole colour scheme is modern, YET without any fixed colour, meaning you could change your fruit bowl or accessories every week, and give a new look to your kitchen.
You can see how easy it can be done, with the way these multi coloured jars all work well against the neutral backdrop!
